Warehouse Worker/Trainer

Location: Amsterdam, NY

Pay: $21/25/hr

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Worker who will also be a Trainer to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll train new hires on warehouse processes and equipment, while also working alongside the team to keep operations moving.

What You’ll Do:

• Train employees on safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
• Deliver structured onboarding & provide real-time feedback.
• Perform general warehouse tasks when not training.
• Build positive relationships and encourage team success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience (training experience a plus).
• Clear communication skills (bilingual a plus).
• Patient, positive, and empathetic with strong attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet.
